Yoga Slackers Slackline Yoga Demonstration
1:00 pm
Slackline yoga (or slackasana) has been described as "distilling the art of yogic concentration." To balance on a 1" piece of webbing lightly tensioned between two anchors is not easy, and doing yoga poses on it is even more challenging. Yet despite the seemingly impossible nature of the act, it is achievable by almost anyone with a little bit of perseverance and patience. The practice has many layers, simultaneously developing focus, dynamic balance, power, breath, core integration, flexibility, and confidence.
The members of team YogaSlackers have collectively taught over 5000 people (from 2 to 82 yrs old) to successfully embrace this form of amazing asana. They have developed a special line and simple tensioning system, allowing for practitioners to learn safely and experience the benefit of a wide range of dynamic energies while on the line. They have also created a comprehensive DVD teaching slackline yoga to those unable to attend a workshop.

Keynote: Release Toxic Molecules of Emotion Through Perfecting Digestion
7:00pm
In Ayurveda it is understood that mental ama, or toxic molecules of emotion, are stored in the muscle and fat cells. These toxic emotions, created by our minds as children to be safe and secure, remotely make us repeat that same patterns of toxic behavior as adults. As stress receptors line the intestinal track, excess stress directly compromises digestion, assimilation and detoxification pathways necessary for optimal health and the transformation of emotional patterns and spiritual growth.

Janet Stone with his musical vibrations as you focus on cultivating
flexibility of mind, body and heart while exploring arm
balances that take us to the edge, gathering the seeming disparate pieces
of ourselves into one unified whole. All Levels. Asana.
Morning Aquarian Sadhana Class with Moses, 2hrs.
4:30 AM
Sadhana is a personal practice to cleanse our mind, uplift our spirit, and energize our body. The most auspicious time for Sadhana is the 2 hours before sunrise in the quiet early morning when the sun's angle is the lowest and our intuitive connections to our own divinity are heightened. A must for anyone seeking peace and connection in their hearts.
Chris Kilham / keynote: The Fire Within
7:00pm
Each of us is imbued with a white-hot fire. Call it spirit, call it god,or call it nothing at all. But call upon it. This fire is our inspiration,
and our soul strength, and it sets the arc of our life experience. Through yoga, meditation and shamanic techniques, we can tap this
fire, rally its force for the accomplishment of good, and live brilliantly. How hot do you burn?
A Magical Evening of Kirtan with Steve Ross
8:00pm
Join Steve Ross for a magical evening as he performs one of the
oldest sacred music traditions of the world. The kirtan call-and-response
chanting genre comes to us from India. Using ancient Sanskrit
mantras, the kirtan calls upon sacred energies which serve to quiet the
mind, remove obstacles, and bring us back to the center of our being.
The kirtan experience goes beyond the music itself, goes to a deeper
experience of vibration. Fell the shift as the energy begins to
activate the spirit that exists within us all.
