It wasn't until she moved to California years later that she began to seek out this "yogic lifestyle" and embrace it mind, body and SOUL. Having been influenced by so many gifted teachers, she gives thanks for each of them and hopes that she can be a vessel through which God's Grace and gifts may flow..forever a student!
LES LEVENTHAL
Yoga with Les (www.YogaWithLes.com) is a vinyasa/flow yoga practice. Les is one of San Francisco’s most popular and sought after teachers around the world. Les’ classes and videos are filled with all the basic technique and alignment cues you will need to get your yoga practice started. They are also filled with lots of variations and occasional longer sequences to challenge the more seasoned practitioner. The prana (life force) comes from within. So be prepared to sweat and let the rasa (the sap and the juice) flow freely. Les’ studies and ceremonies are steeped in Forrest tradition, having completed Ana Forrest’s teacher training. Les has also assisted Ana’s teacher training and studied many additional hours with her. Also, Les has completed several trainings with Tias Little and has learned much of his alignment and technique cues from Tias, as well as a firm foundation in the 8 Fold path of Buddhism which compliments the asana practice with a sense of grace and elegance that allow you to take classes whatever your yoga experience and whatever traditions you have in your own life. Les pays careful attention to weave in the 8 limbs of yoga and keep the traditional styles and intentions of yoga a part of his classes while making great strides into opening a window into our global cultural shift. Les’ yoga will give you an opportunity to heal your heart and laugh, cry, dance and just let go. Some classes flow freely, while others will explore holding postures a bit longer. Many classes have music. Most of all, is that in Les’ classes, you have an opportunity to modify and do what you need to do in order to take care of your practice and that in learning to take better care of yourself, you can then take better care of those around you and they might then take better care of those around them.

GIRISH
Girish is a singer, songwriter, session tabla player, and producer whose life journey has been marked by a series of profound transformations. He has gone from aspiring jazz drummer to renunciant Hindu monk to first call tabla guru for the likes of Krishna Das to solo mantra troubadour, and he’s not done yet.
Girish lived in an ashram for five years taking the vows of a monk in the divine mother tradition called Dakshina Marg or Mahashakti Yoga. Another compelling sound force emerged for Girish: the chanting of Sanskrit mantras. As a monk in the ashram he spent hours every day chanting. Girish also studied Sanskrit as a means to understand the deeper meanings of these ancient chants, and helped his teacher translate dozens of hymns.
Girish is currently on tour to support Diamonds in the Sun (Mondolaya, April 2010). His widely acclaimed Yoga Vision (Mondolaya, January 2008) Shiva Machine (Spirit Voyage, October, 2005) and Reveal (Mondolaya, May, 2004) cds, dvds, and tours popularized his original music in yoga studios, churches, and music festivals all over the world.
"Now with “Diamonds in the Sun” Girish has found the perfect blend of musical styles, pure inspiration, tender ballads, and that awesome combining of chant form and English lyrics.” ~ Lloyd Barde, Common Ground Magazine

KRISTA CAHILL
She fell in love with the practice of yoga in 1999 when she took her first Ashtanga class with Tim Miller. Since that day she has devoted her time and energy into exploring the numerous dimensions, both as a teacher and student. “I look forward each day to the possibility that my practice both on and off the mat can promote a greater awareness in our immediate need for global peace and unification. ALL is ONE.”
Krista teaches retreats around the world and regular classes at Yogis Anonymous in Santa Monica, CA. She teaches a vigorous Vinyasa flow class filled with challenging armbalances and inversions; she believes that our obstacles are our greatest blessings. Krista and her husband Brock live their yoga together in Venice Beach, CA.
BROCK CAHILL
He began his training at yogaworks, in santa monica, where the style is heavily based in the classical ashtanga and iyengar methods. He was lucky enough to have been mentored by some of the finest teachers on the planet including; annie carpenter, chuck miller & maty ezraty, heath house, and seane corn. These fine people taught Brock the roots of yoga, how the roots of the asanas directly correspond to gravity, and how the body interacts with earth. It was from here that he developed the strength and the confidence to take flight. Brock continually tells his students, "gravity is strong. You are stronger." practice with him for a while and you most certainly will be. As soon as YOU believe it... anything is possible. Gravity is, of course, a law: a rule. After we have learned the rule, we can break it, we can bend it, we can ride on it.
