The 260 acres of beautifully landscaped hills that comprise Indian Lakes Resort provides a scenic and relaxing atmosphere in which to deepen your experience of yoga. Additional venues at the conference resort include two 18 hole championship golf courses, 3 tournament class tennis courts, a miniature golf course, 2 sand volleyball courts, indoor/outdoor pools, and a health spa.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Indian Lakes Resort if approximately 15 miles from Chicago's O'Hare Airport and 30 miles from Midway Airport. Reduced rates are available with My Chauffeur for Midwest Yoga Conference attendees/ Advance reservation are required. To take advantage of this special offer, call (800) 244-6200 and identify yourself as an attendee of the Midwest Yoga Conference. In addition, most major car rental companies and shuttle services are represented at both airports. Free parking is available at Indian Lakes Resort. TRAVEL
Travel arrangements can be made through Travel Max. Please call (800) 666-7760 [out of Michigan] or (248) 851-7760 [in Michigan] and identify yourself as an attendee of the Midwest Yoga Conference. The lowest available fare will be provided to you. We recommend that you book a minimum of 30 days in advance to take advantage of promotional fares that give you the greatest discount.

MEALS
Indian Lakes Resort's Masters Clubhouse is in a relaxing welcoming setting with a casual menu featuring great appetizers, grilled favorites, sandwiches and salads. Available for breakfast, lunch, cocktails and dinner. Sedona Grille is a casual, yet sophisticated atmosphere overlooking the water with classic American cooking. Open for dinner or Sunday brunch. The YOGA CAFÉ is a specialty café put together especially for the Midwest Yoga Conference featuring vegetarian sandwiches, wraps, salads and fresh fruits and vegetables. All attendees of the conference will receive a 10% discount card that can be used in any of the restaurants, except the YOGA CAFÉ. Prices in the YOGA CAFÉ already reflect a 10% discount for Midwest Yoga Conference participants.

CONFERENCE YOGA BAZAAR
The Midwest Yoga Conference will feature products and services beneficial to your yoga practice. Exposition hours will be posted daily on site and in your conference program materials. PROPS
Classes at the Midwest Yoga Conference are experiential, so you will need to bring a yoga mat for all sessions. Some classes may involve the use of additional props, such as blocks, straps, etc. depending on personal preferences and class disciplines. You may bring props with you, and/or props will be available for purchase in the exhibit area of the conference.

POTENTIAL EXHIBITORS
Exhibit space is limited, so respond quickly to secure the opportunity to showcase your company to hundreds of health and wellness conscious men and women active in the yoga community. CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests for refunds/cancellations must be sent in writing to the Midwest Yoga Conference via MAIL to 555 S. Old Woodward Ave., Birmingham, MI; FAX to (248) 723-3385 or EMAIL to info@midwestyoga.net. A refund, minus a $100.00 processing fee, will be made for all cancellations made by April 14, 2008. All requests for refunds must acknowledge an understanding of the $100 processing fee. Refund requests postmarked after April 14, 2008 will receive a voucher toward our next yoga conference valid for one year, non-transferable, minus a $100 processing fee. No refund or voucher will be given after May 27, 2008. All refunds will be issued after the conference.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I understand that there are serious inherent risks with all physical activity and that when doing yoga, exercise routines or engaging in any similar strenuous activity, I may suffer minor or serious injury or even death. I understand these inherent risks, and I assume all such inherent risks associated with participation in any activities in conjunction with the Midwest Yoga Conference and release Midwest Yoga Conference, all employees, volunteers, or agents from liability. The Midwest Yoga Conference is not responsible for, nor will refund tuition for any teacher cancellations. The performance of this agreement by either party is subject to acts of God, government authority, disaster, strikes, civil disorders, or other emergencies, any of which make it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities and/or services for your meeting. It is provided that this agreement may be terminated for any one or more of such reasons by written notice from one party to the other without liability.
